A small town in shock after a series of murders. The finger points to a record store where that 'long-haired metal-head scum' hangs around. Maybe it all evolves from a bewitched rock album.  Jessie Cake, a metal singer with growing popularity and his sweetheart Chloe will try to resolve this mess.
